Sales Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at BMW Vertriebs GmbH. As a key member of our European Sales Operations department, you will play a crucial role in the optimized management of vehicle stock and distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities- Template Management: Generate vehicle configuration templates in the ConRecOrd system, statistically determined and agreed upon in the Stock and Template Advisory Circle (STAC).
- Template Monitoring: Ensure the actuality of active templates and maintain restriction conformity within the STAC framework.
- Interface Management: Regularly exchange information with central interfaces (e.g., ordering, stock management, volume planning, young used car management) and market-based sales functions (e.g., area managers).
- System Requirements: Identify new system requirements and take responsibility for forwarding process and system adjustments to the respective business process owner.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in setting up the template management team and associated activities during the initial setup phase of the new BMW/MINI sales model.
- Education: Degree in business administration, logistics, or comparable fields of science with initial professional experience in the automotive industry in an operational sales role.
- Experience: Alternatively, completed vocational training with at least 5 years of professional experience in an operational sales role.
- Skills: Familiarity with the BMW Group template management system ConRecOrd, knowledge of BMW processes, and confidence in handling and communicating with various interface partners.
- Personal Qualities: Personal initiative, 100% reliability, team spirit, and intercultural skills.
- Language: Fluent in business English.

We offer an attractive salary & benefit package. The minimum salary for this position is € 2,900 gross per month. The actual salary depends on the respective qualification or professional experience, i.e., we determine the actual amount in a personal interview. A significant overpayment is possible with appropriate suitability.
