SAP EWM Implementation Specialist

About the Role

Within our Logistics Processes & Projects department, you will take on the role of SAP EWM Super User to implement, manage, and develop SAP EWM processes and projects within the Zumtobel Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the SAP EWM implementation in the blueprint stage.
  • Configure the SAP EWM system and conduct functional and integrative tests according to requirements.
  • Enhance SAP EWM operation and warehouse operations to ensure successful and economical warehouse management.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, internal project management, and warehouse departments.
  • Develop engaging work instructions and training materials.
  • Train other users and assist them in learning new functions.

Requirements

  • Successful implementation of an SAP EWM concept.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to operate assertively and effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Passion for SAP EWM and WM processes, with expertise in operational SAP EWM implementation.
  • Knowledge of SAP (SD, MM, TM) is preferable.
  • Ability to understand warehouse needs and translate them into requirement specifications.
  • Experience in project management and software project organization.
  • Experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement is ideal.
  • Business fluent English and very good German skills.
