Sales and Operations Planning Role

As a Sales and Operations Planning professional, you will be responsible for leading all volume planning routines and processes with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders, continuously improving and optimizing them. You will analyze variances between forecasts and actual results, deriving necessary actions, and define and maintain key performance indicators (e.g., Forecast Accuracy).

This role also involves conducting SAP testing and providing training for end users, leading and moderating weekly and monthly Sales & Operations meetings, and participating in or leading Key Account Management projects, such as Customer Centricity, to optimize demand planning processes.

You will work closely with management to provide relevant volume and planning insights, results, and action plans in collaboration with key functions. If you have excellent analytical and structured working approach, combined with excellent communication skills, high numerical affinity, and a good overall business perspective, you may be the ideal candidate for this position.
