Vacancy: Demand Planning Lead

ISG Personalmanagement GmbH is a globally recognized company in the FMCG industry seeking a Demand Planning Lead to drive and optimize demand planning processes with analytical expertise and strategic foresight.

This challenging role involves leading all volume planning routines and processes with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders, continuously improving and optimizing them. The successful candidate will provide management with relevant volume and planning insights, results, and action plans in collaboration with key functions.

The Demand Planning Lead will analyze variances between forecasts and actual results, deriving necessary actions. Additionally, they will define and maintain key performance indicators (e.g., Forecast Accuracy) and conduct SAP testing and provide training for end users.

This role also entails leading and moderating weekly and monthly Sales & Operations meetings and participating in or leading Key Account Management projects, such as Customer Centricity, to optimize demand planning processes.

The ideal candidate will have completed a relevant university degree (ideally Master's) and at least 4 years of relevant professional experience. They should possess excellent German language skills and good command of English, along with advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel) and SAP knowledge being a plus.

A strong analytical and structured working approach, combined with excellent communication skills, high numerical affinity, and a good overall business perspective are essential for this position.
