DEINE AUFGABEN:

Durchführung von Analysen der Bedürfnisse der Stakeholder innerhalb der PALFINGER-Organisation im Bereich Systems Engineering (SE) Recherche und Bewertung von SE-Methoden sowie potenziellen IT-Werkzeugen Anpassung der SE-Methoden an die spezifischen Anforderungen unserer Stakeholder und Integration in eine innovationsorientierte Prozesslandschaft Konfiguration, Test und Integration von Softwaretools für modellbasiertes Systems Engineering (MBSE) in die IT-Infrastruktur von PALFINGER Planung, Initiierung und Koordination von Pilotprojekten in Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktentwicklung zur Erprobung neuer SE-Methoden und MBSE-Tools Durchführung von Workshops, Schulungen und Coachings zur Unterstützung der Produktentwicklungsteams in der Anwendung von SE-Methoden (z.B. Systemkontextanalyse, Use-Case-Analyse, Anforderungsmodellierung, Entwicklung von funktionalen Strukturmodellen, Risikoanalysen, Modellierung von funktionalen, verhaltensbasierten, logischen und technischen Systemarchitekturen, Schnittstellenspezifikation, Modellierung von interdisziplinärer Traceability, uvm.) Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Produktlinien weltweit sowie externen Entwicklungspartnern und Dienstleistern

DEINE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (Universität, FH, HTL) im Bereich Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung Fundierte Kenntnisse in System- und Produktentwicklungsmethoden und -prozessen Idealerweise praktische Erfahrung in der Entwicklung komplexer, mechatronischer oder digitaler Produkte und Systeme Begeisterung und Engagement, um als Teil eines kreativen und motivierten globalen Teams signifikante Fortschritte zu erzielen Hohe Auffassungsgabe für technisch anspruchsvolle Fragestellungen Proaktive und motivierte Arbeitsweise Gut organisierte und strukturierte Persönlichkeit mit praktischen Umsetzungskompetenzen Kommunikationsstärke, z.B. als Moderator oder Vermittler Flexible und empathische Persönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit, Brücken zu bauen Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen (
