Expert Product Systems Integration Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Systems Integration Specialist to join our team at PALFINGER AG. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for integrating mechanical, hydraulic, and mechatronic modules and subsystems throughout the entire product development process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration of complex systems, ensuring seamless interaction and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and product excellence.
- Develop and implement design-to-cost and value engineering strategies to reduce costs and improve product value.
- Work closely with product management, quality, and service cost controlling to ensure product requirements are met.
- Validate design prototypes and coordinate product verification with prototyping and testing teams.
- Conduct risk analysis and develop V&V plans to ensure product safety and reliability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry norms and regulations, ensuring compliance and minimizing impact on product development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical, mechatronic, or hydraulic engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in product development, preferably in the construction equipment or agricultural fields.
- Strong social and intercultural competence, with excellent communication and language skills.
- Analytical thinking, independent work style, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Continuous learning and contribution to process improvement.
- Team player with ownership and responsibility.
- Proficiency in German and English, with willingness to travel (10%).

Minimum Gross Salary: EUR 57.92 (according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement). We are willing to overpay based on training and qualification.
