Job Summary

As a seasoned In-house PLM Principal Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation at PALFINGER MARINE. With a strong background in product lifecycle management and a passion for innovation, you will lead the implementation of cutting-edge PLM systems, ensuring seamless integration with our global operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to align on cross-functional goals.
  • Design and document IT system landscapes, ensuring smooth handovers to the IT department.
  • Develop PLM system implementation roadmaps, fostering stakeholder commitment and ensuring successful pilot projects.
  • Support the integration of new group entities into the existing PLM system landscape, serving as a key point of contact for Engineering.

Requirements
  • Several years of experience in consulting, industrial, and/or academic environments, with a strong focus on product lifecycle management.
  • University degree in engineering, with deep knowledge of the PLM software toolchain and experience with global rollouts.
  • Excellent business English and German language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
