The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing new flavors, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving project success.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and modify savory flavors to meet project requirements and customer needs
  • Collaborate with portfolio, application, and innovation teams to address tonality gaps and create new flavors
  • Partner with compliance and procurement teams to improve the creation palette
  • Mentor junior flavorists and ensure knowledge sharing within and outside Europe
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience as a Flavorist in savory flavor creation
  • Trainee experience covering various aspects of savory flavor creation
  • Expertise in using savory tools and ingredients, including top notes, reaction keys, oleoresins, and extracts
