Experienced Product Management Leader

We are seeking an experienced Product Management Leader to join our Office of Technology and Product Innovation team at Dynatrace. As a key member of our Product Management Leadership Team, you will drive product-related strategic topics and lead complex program-level initiatives that impact multiple organizational units.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with our overall business strategy, incorporating input from customers and community partners.
- Partner with Product Leadership to address market needs and balance roadmap priorities.
- Lead and strategize highly complex program-level initiatives that affect multiple organizational units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and growth.
- Develop and execute product launch plans that meet business objectives.
- 10+ years of Product Management experience in a software product environment.
- 7+ years of experience in a Leadership function and understanding of how to lead and drive visions and strategies in an international environment.
- Entrepreneurial and Growth mindset with experience in founding and leading own business within a competitive and fast-moving software market.
- Ability to bring market and business understanding into the product to deliver and help shape Dynatrace's goals and strategy.
- Strong interest in and understanding of technical topics such as Software Intelligence, Cloud Technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Application Security, and SaaS Software.
- Highly self-motivated, creative, and efficient in proposing and presenting solutions to complex and unique problems.
- Outstanding communicator and presenter with excellent social skills.
- Ability to communicate thoughts and business ideas clearly in a C-level setting.
