Join Our Team as a Scrum Master

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team at Raiffeisenbankengruppe. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating our cross-functional teams and ensuring the smooth execution of our agile processes.

Your Mission
  • Act as a Scrum Master in the cross-functional tribe consisting of 4 teams
  • Be a contributing member of the Tribe Leadership and support the team in establishing sound operations
  • Develop and improve concepts around cross-border innovation and delivery
  • Focus on team health and open communication, work on impediments and help people to grow within the team
  • Enablement of the teams to improve autonomy, efficiency and productivity
  • Coach and support the Product Owners in planning and prioritizing demands in the central backlog
Your Qualifications
  • Work experience as Scrum Master in large international environments
  • Feel comfortable in handling various different stakeholder from technical and non-technical departments in a stressful and demanding situation
  • Experienced in agile methods in a corporate set up, especially in the area of facilitation
  • People and communication skills to establish and improve the team setup
  • Sound knowledge of Jira and Confluence
  • Sound English skills to collaborate in an international setup
