Scrum Master

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team at Raiffeisen Bank International. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in facilitating our agile teams and ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a Scrum Master in a cross-functional tribe consisting of 4 teams
- Be a contributing member of the Tribe Leadership and support the team in establishing sound operations
- Develop and improve concepts around cross-border innovation and delivery
- Focus on team health and open communication, work on impediments and help people to grow within the team
- Enablement of the teams to improve autonomy, efficiency and productivity
- Coach and support the Product Owners in planning and prioritizing demands in the central backlog
- Work experience as Scrum Master in large international environments
- Feel comfortable in handling various different stakeholder from technical and non-technical departments in a stressful and demanding situation
- Experienced in agile methods in a corporate set up, especially in the area of facilitation
- People and communication skills to establish and improve the team setup
- Sound knowledge of Jira and Confluence
- Sound English skills to collaborate in an international setup
- Flexible working hours (no core time), extensive hybrid working options / work from home, 30 days / year remote work from any EU-country outside Austria

- The offered gross yearly salary starts from 65.000,- EUR (basis full-time) including overtime, depending on qualification and experience.
