About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team at Raiffeisen Bank International. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in facilitating our agile transformation and ensuring the smooth operation of our cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a Scrum Master in a cross-functional tribe consisting of 4 teams, ensuring the adoption and implementation of agile principles and practices.
  • Be a contributing member of the Tribe Leadership, supporting the team in establishing sound operations and driving continuous improvement.
  • Develop and improve concepts around cross-border innovation and delivery, leveraging your expertise in agile methods and facilitation.
  • Focus on team health and open communication, identifying and mitigating impediments, and enabling team members to grow and develop within the team.
  • Enable the teams to improve autonomy, efficiency, and productivity, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
  • Coach and support Product Owners in planning and prioritizing demands in the central backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Work experience as Scrum Master in large international environments, with a proven track record of successful agile implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle various stakeholders from technical and non-technical departments in a stressful and demanding situation.
  • Experience in agile methods in a corporate set up, with a strong focus on facilitation and team enablement.
  • Sound knowledge of Jira and Confluence, with the ability to leverage these tools to support agile practices.
  • Sound English skills to collaborate in an international setup, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
