Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced ERP Business Analyst, Microsoft Business Central to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in implementing Group solutions across international locations.
Your Tasks- Act as a liaison between the IT department and our entities to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Support the implementation of the Group Solution in our branches; organize workshops as needed to facilitate adoption.
- Analyze branch-specific needs by working closely with local teams, assessing how the group solution can be adapted or optimized for each location.
- Conduct and coordinate user testing to ensure the solutions meet business requirements.
- Facilitate change management efforts to prepare stakeholders for new processes and provide post-go-live support, gathering feedback and addressing issues as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems or a related field.
- Solid experience in ERP projects with Microsoft Business Central.
- Demonstrated ability to implement a Group solution across international locations.
- Familiarity with change management principles, with experience supporting organizations through technological and process transitions.
- Excellent English and good German skills; any additional language is a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally, with approximately 40% travel expected to support global rollouts.
