Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of €120,000 - €180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to lead our ERP initiatives and oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our ERP system. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless integration of ERP systems with business strategies and processes.

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of our ERP systems and related projects.
  • Develop and implement best practices for managing and maintaining ERP systems.
  • Lead and mentor a team of ERP professionals, providing guidance and direction as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful ERP implementations and integrations.
  • Provide support and training to end-users to maximize system efficiency and user competency.
  • Develop and manage budgets for ERP-related projects and initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, Deltek, Unit4, or other major ERP systems.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP systems management and implementation.

  • Latest technology knowledge: Proficiency in ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, Deltek, Unit4, or similar platforms.
  • System integration: Ability to integrate ERP systems with other business processes and systems within the organization.
  • Data analysis: Skilled in analyzing complex data to inform decision-making and improve ERP system performance.
  • Project management: Strong project management skills to oversee ERP implementations, upgrades, and maintenance.
