Order Management Software Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Order Management Software Specialist to join our Product Management Test Automation Products department in Austria.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for software maintenance contract management, preparing regular reporting meetings for global stakeholders, and creating sales analyses using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
You will also leverage your knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office to support data management tasks and provide training to sales teams.

Your Responsibilities:- Software Maintenance Contract Management
- Preparation of regular reporting meetings for global stakeholders
- Creation of sales analyses using Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Support in Salesforce (SFDC) in the area of data management and reporting
- Support in the organization and execution of sales tools trainings within the business unit
- Business education with focus on business administration, sales management, or marketing
- At least 1-2 years of professional experience in the field of software
- Strong understanding of numbers
- SAP and Salesforce knowledge
- Good MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Structured, analytical, and careful work
- Confident appearance, strong communication skills, and good manners
- Team player with interest in professional development

Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act, we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: 51,500.00.
The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry).
We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
