Job Description

The Consumer Market Insights DACH Lead will be responsible for developing and executing the local IC marketing category strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams, and driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute the local IC marketing category strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  2. Conduct end-to-end research to identify consumer needs, insights, and behaviors, and translate them into actions to drive business growth.
  3. Lead the full cycle of Insight roadmap DACH, including performance tracking, identifying de-averaged growth opportunities within DACH countries, and partnering with Analytics to understand ROI drivers of the market/category, across 6P.
  4. Support regional IC workstreams as required.
