Recruitment Program Manager, IT

About the Role
Magna is looking for a skilled Recruitment Program Manager, IT to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the recruitment function, ensuring a clear structure and adequate capacity to meet business needs.
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within Magna, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. They will be able to effectively manage a service team, working together to develop and execute on continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Program Manager, IT, you will lead the recruitment team, ensuring a fair distribution of workload amongst the team. You will work closely with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and create a recruitment calendar. You will also be responsible for leading recruitment for all trainee and all positions above Senior Manager.
Continuous Improvement
The ideal candidate will be able to educate managers on recruitment processes and best practices, and mentor them on their role in supporting and developing trainees as an essential part of their jobs. They will also develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
