Job Title: Advanced Project Coordinator

About the Role:

You will work within the Packing Department Projects division, joining an established team of Engineers in delivering improvements to integrate new products or processes into the existing manufacturing area. Your responsibilities include establishing departmental goals with the Principal Program Manager, planning work according to plant demand, and ensuring compliance with Company International Global Standards and GMP requirements.

Project Management:

  • Lead plant capital projects as assigned.
  • Present project charters and business case proposals for review with the management team.

Financial Management:

  • Procure vendor services that are fit for purpose, cost-effective, and incorporate Service Level Agreements.

Validation:

  • Ensure full implementation of all projects in line with site validation programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline with a minimum of 5 years relevant Engineering Experience.
  • Knowledge of Automated Manufacturing Environment and packing equipment.
