Drive Service Product Success at INNIO Group

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Product Manager to join our dynamic Product Management team at INNIO Group. As a key player in driving the strategy and execution of Overhaul and Repair (O&R), Remanufacturing, Turbochargers, and other product groups, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercialization strategies to grow the Jenbacher Service business.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer-centric strategies for defined product groups within Jenbacher Industrial Service products.
  • Own the commercialization strategy and pricing of the respective product groups.
  • Supervise commercial, technical, and marketing aspects of the defined product groups.
  • Manage KPIs for your product categories, both short-term and long-term.
  • Create new opportunities for both physical and digital products, including a sustainable service product portfolio and "H2-readiness" for the existing fleet.
  • Drive the execution of service product development projects in all related functions to ensure best possible product success and profitability.
  • Be responsible for the overall cross-functional execution and serialization (Engineering, Operations, Services, and Sourcing).
Your Profile:
  • Master's degree in technical and/or business-related area.
  • Substantial experience in large-scale program/project management.
  • Proven track record of successful managing/coordinating diverse, cross-functional, and multidisciplinary projects.
  • Experienced in product management and commercialization.
  • Strong strategic thinking to define future service market/products.
  • Ability to interact smoothly at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a team player mentality.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Willingness and ability to travel (~5% of the time).

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement, which is at least EUR 4,112.78 gross per month (x 14), and an overpayment depending on your qualifications and experience.
