Mondelēz International is seeking a highly skilled Demand and Fulfillment Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective planning of all fulfillment activities in specific product segments.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure accurate and timely communication of supply chain issues based on daily and weekly service reports.
- Act as a liaison between local teams (e.g. ATP and Inventory Flow) and external partners (e.g. Supply Hubs and Load Control Center).
- Communicate relevant information for the customer order process.
- Review weekly service reports from Supply Hubs and propose local actions to minimize service risks.
- Achieve waste reduction targets through cross-functional handling of excess inventory, data management, and system administration (e.g. SAP APO).
- Minimize waste and excess inventory by exploring options to deliver products to customers with shorter lead times, relocating inventory within the country (in multi-warehouse scenarios), or sending products to other business units.
- Minimize waste and excess inventory by executing local actions agreed upon with Sales and Inventory Flow.
- Implement the donation process in accordance with local guidelines.
- Prepare and submit Co-Manufacturing orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Familiarize yourself with the ethical and legal regulations, guidelines, and responsibilities of the role and act accordingly.
- First-hand experience with SAP (specifically APO SNP)
- Fluent English language skills
- Proficient use of MS Office (particularly Excel)
