We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Molecular Devices.

You'll be working closely with our Global HR Director, Operations, R&D and Strategy/Innovation, to drive organizational performance and achieve business objectives.

Your Key Contributions
  • Drive solutions in talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Coach managers in your client groups to have the best and diverse organization aligned to business strategy and ensure robust succession plans are in place for key roles.
  • Ensure proactive performance management and monitoring & presenting to the business of all KPIs of HR function (retention, internal fill rate, engagement).
