Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Marketing-Spezialisten, der unsere Marketing- und Kommunikations-Aktivitäten erfolgreich umsetzen kann.

Aufgaben
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien für unsere Unternehmensgruppe
  • Leitung der LinkedIn-Strategie für die Holding und aller Tochtergesellschaften
  • Durchführung von Marktanalysen und Definition von Zielgruppen für unsere verschiedenen Geschäftsbereiche und Kunden
  • Weiterentwicklung und Harmonisierung der Corporate Identity und des Corporate Designs für die Holding und aller Tochtergesellschaften
  • Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Webseiten innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Sales-Kampagnen gemeinsam mit den Vertriebsverantwortlichen
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Wirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Bereich Marketing-/Kommunikationsmanagement
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Marketingtools und Content-Management-Systemen
  • Umfangreiche Erfahrung im Umgang mit LinkedIn und anderen sozialen Netzwerken
  • Kreativität und ein Auge für visuelle Kommunikation und ansprechendes Design
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Ausgezeichnete Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Reisebereitschaft zur Betreuung unserer Niederlassungen in Deutschland, Italien, Tschechien und der Slowakei
