The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing manufacturing processes to meet GMP requirements and audit standards.
  • Overseeing people, safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
  • Developing operational coaches, SMEs, and first line leaders.
  • Fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, driving productivity and customer satisfaction at all levels.
  • Promoting a robust safety culture within their team.
  • Championing GMP compliance by promptly addressing deviations and implementing innovative solutions to complex challenges.
