We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Code Module Developer to join our team at Dynatrace Austria GmbH. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for implementing changes, improvements, and new features to our .NET Agent.

About the Role:

Your primary focus will be on developing high-performance monitoring solutions using .NET. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to design and implement new features, collaborate on performance and availability monitoring, and analyze the inner workings of common frameworks through debugging and interrogation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing performance and availability monitoring solutions using .NET
  • Working equally with C# and C++
  • Analyzing and gaining an understanding of the inner workings of common frameworks
  • Gazing beyond common frameworks with a deep understanding of IL code execution and GC
  • Independent design and implementation of new features
  • Intensive cooperation with local and international development teams
Requirements:
  • Several years of experience as Senior Software Engineer with C#/.NET (priority) and C++ experience (intermediate level)
  • Solid knowledge of C# including core packages
  • Understanding how the .NET runtime works
  • Knowledge of CorProfiler interface, BenchmarkDotNet, and ILSpy
  • Ability to develop high-performant algorithms and work with latest technologies
  • Team player and eager to learn innovative technologies
  • Motivation in asking questions and confidence in discussing ideas
