We are currently looking for a Senior Business Lawyer to join our Financial & Legal Services Team based in Klaus, Austria.

The Senior Business Lawyer will advise the organization worldwide on business law issues, including contract law, integrity and compliance management, data protection, real estate, and R&D.

The ideal candidate will have successfully completed their studies in law or business law and possess relevant professional experience in business law from previous work in a company or a law firm.

The role involves monitoring legislative changes at the national and international levels and coordinating their implementation within the organization.

You will drive process improvements in the areas of contract management, legal risk management, and compliance.

You will actively support the growth of OMICRON in various interdisciplinary projects, including establishment of new companies, acquisitions, and strategic cooperations.

As a Senior Business Lawyer, you will share your expertise through internal training sessions or professional exchanges with your internal colleagues.

• SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED STUDIES IN LAW OR BUSINESS LAW
• RELEVANT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN BUSINESS LAW
• BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION
• INDEPENDENT WORKING STYLE WITH A PRAGMATIC AND SOLUTION-ORIENTED APPROACH
• PROFICIENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN GERMAN AND ENGLISH
