Senior Legal Advisor

Job Description:

In this role, you will serve as a key advisor to OMICRON's international expansion efforts, utilizing your expertise in business law to drive strategic growth and development.

Salary:

The estimated salary range for this position is €75,000 - €100,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.

Job Responsibilities:

• You will advise the organization on business law issues, including contract law, compliance management, and data protection.
• You will monitor legislative changes at the national and international levels and coordinate their implementation within the organization.
• You will drive process improvements in contract management, legal risk management, and compliance.
• You will support the growth of OMICRON through various interdisciplinary projects, including establishing new companies, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• You have a degree in law or business law and relevant professional experience in business law.
• You possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• You are proficient in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional context.
