Erste Digital, a leading IT company in Central and Eastern Europe, is seeking an experienced Cash Management Expert to join its Payments Integration & Cash Mmgt. department.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to work on the next generation of cash management & payments infrastructure for Erste Group.

  • As a Cash Management Expert, you will analyze and evaluate existing architectures to identify areas for improvement.
  • You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to document requirements and design potential solutions.
  • Your expertise will contribute to strategic initiatives, regulatory requirements, and international projects.
About the Team

Our team is part of the Core Services division, responsible for smooth processing of national and international payment transactions, as well as cash management services.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Several years of experience within the cash management domain, ideally in a bank or financial institution.
  • Basic knowledge of payments business.
  • Practical experience of applying requirements engineering methods, techniques, and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical approach.
  • Very strong communications- and presentation techniques, in German as well as in English.
