As a key player in our IT department, you will collaborate closely with business and IT colleagues to design and implement data-driven projects that improve our company's performance.

In this role, you will be responsible for building machine learning models and extracting valuable business insights from our data. Your analytical skills, passion for math and statistics, and critical thinking abilities will be essential in interpreting data and identifying patterns. You should also have a knack for modeling and algorithms, as well as experience in leading small to medium-sized teams in Data Science projects.

Our ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline, with at least 7 years of practical experience as a Data Scientist. They should also have good knowledge of statistical methods, common machine learning algorithms, data visualization tools, and programming languages like Python, Spark, and SQL. Experience in development and implementation of generative AI solutions, such as prompt-engineering techniques for Large Language Models, is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver data-driven projects that support internal business customers in areas such as customer experience, sales, churn prevention, transaction classification, and text classification.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from business and IT to identify opportunities for improvement and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Build and train machine learning models to extract valuable business insights from our data.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver data-driven solutions that meet their expectations.
