Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional business applications projects at Red Bull. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely completion, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Continuously monitor and measure project performance, managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using internal tools and guidelines.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors, managing relationships with all stakeholders for smooth project delivery.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies, project management trends, and best practices.
Service and System Ownership

As a service and system owner, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining services to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement in cooperation with stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector.
  • Solid technical background with an understanding of software development and web technologies.
  • Profound written and verbal communication skills in dealing with customers and within the company, mainly in English.
  • Strong working knowledge and/or easy adoption of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • PMP/IPMA/PRINCE II certification is a plus.
  • Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
Additional Information

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
