Senior Researcher – Center for Applied Nursing Research Job Description Summary

We are seeking an exceptional researcher to join our dynamic team at FH Campus Wien. As a Senior Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our research agenda and promoting excellence in nursing care.

In this role, you will be responsible for initiating and developing research funding applications, leading research projects, and collaborating with industry partners. You will also contribute to the preparation of scientific publications, plan third-mission activities, and support the management team in representing our institution externally.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing science, health science, or public health, with a proven track record of securing research funding and managing projects. You will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Key Qualifications and Experience
  • PhD degree in Nursing Science, Health Science, or Public Health.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in research, including securing third-party funding and managing projects.
  • Proven expertise in developing successful research proposals and coordinating externally funded projects.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills.
  • Proficiency in English and German languages, with C1 level proficiency in German.
