Senior Researcher – Center for Applied Nursing Research Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and submit competitive research grant proposals to secure funding for projects aligned with our research priorities.
  • Lead and coordinate research teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members.
  • Nurture partnerships with industry stakeholders, facilitating collaborative research initiatives and contract agreements.
  • Prepare and publish scholarly articles in peer-reviewed journals, showcasing our research findings and expertise.
  • Identify opportunities for third-mission activities, fostering external engagement and promoting our research center's visibility.
  • Support the management team in representing our institution externally and reporting internally on research progress and achievements.
  • Teach approximately 4 hours per week, contributing to the development of future generations of nursing professionals.
Your Ideal Profile
  • A PhD degree in Nursing Science, Health Science, or Public Health, preferably with experience in securing research funding and managing projects.
  • Proven track record of developing successful research proposals and coordinating externally funded projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in securing third-party funding and publishing research papers in reputable scientific journals.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills, with a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in English and German languages, with C1 level proficiency in German.
