About the Role

We are seeking a thought leader with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and upskilling a distributed team.

The ideal candidate has a people-first mindset and the ability to drive change, foster engagement, and cultivate a positive atmosphere within a 15+ member organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and enable a team of 15+ individuals who handle WPX responsibilities across Austria.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, coach, and mentor to navigate the team through various change processes.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, executives, and external partners.
  • Drive and oversee the implementation of strategically focused and integrated WPX initiatives.
  • Plan and execute clear communication, feedback, and experience sharing and drive cross-team alignment.
  • Develop WPX programs that contribute to a vibrant and engaging culture together with the WPX Leadership team.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-regional teams.
  • Proven leadership experience; ideally in an agile, fast-paced work environment.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Experience partnering with colleagues across the world, providing comprehensive support, including organization development, growth, and change programs.
