Join Our Team as a Head of Department

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Department to lead our architecture team at Erste Group Bank. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for driving the development of our IT architecture and ensuring the successful implementation of our strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a unified IT architecture strategy across the organization
  • Lead a team of architects and engineers to design and implement cutting-edge IT solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems and business processes
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization's IT infrastructure
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to convey the architectural vision and gain support
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a large corporate environment
  • Proven track record of understanding technological trends and defining company-wide standard architectures
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to empower teams and foster high-performance
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams
