Wir suchen eine erfahrene Fachkraft für die Position des Service Owners für Kunden-Daten-Management. Als Teil des Teams von SPAR ICS Business Service GmbH bist du verantwortlich für die Budgetplanung und das Controlling der IT-Services im Bereich Marketing Technologies.

Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für die Budgetplanung und das Controlling der IT-Services im Bereich Marketing Technologies
  • End-to-End-Verantwortung für den Service und Beteiligung an der strategischen Weiterentwicklung
  • Weiterentwicklung der Service- und Produktlandschaft innerhalb des Teams
  • Kooperation mit länderübergreifenden Fachbereichen und Umsetzung von Anforderungen
  • Unterstützung bei Produktionsproblemen und Gewährleistung einer schnellen und effizienten Lösung
Profil
  • Berufserfahrung mit Marketing Technologien in Agenturen, Marketingumfeld oder in einem IT Unternehmen
  • Begeisterung für technische Entwicklungen und Neugierde
  • Gutes Zahlenverständnis und wirtschaftliches Denken
  • Selbstständigkeit und Eigenverantwortung für die Aufgaben
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch
