As the Senior Lead Developer, you will lead our tech efforts, guiding the evolution of our platform and products while shaping the future of financial decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

As the Senior Lead Developer, you will be responsible for:



  • Leading the continued full-stack development of our platform and products
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to gather technical requirements and deliver robust solutions
  • Guiding the company's technical direction in partnership with the CEO and product manager
  • Operating our platform on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Kubernetes
  • Building exciting, customer-focused features that drive the next wave of innovation

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Strong knowledge of Scala OR other JVM-based languages and willingness to learn Scala
  • Experience in frontend development using Vue.js (or similar frameworks)
  • Familiarity with git and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab (or similar)
  • Expertise in managing cloud-based deployments with Docker and Kubernetes, preferably on GCP
  • Good command of SQL, ideally experience with Postgres
  • A team player who communicates clearly, listens well, and delivers efficiently
  • Ability to work independently with high autonomy and flexibility
  • Proficiency in either German or English
