Commissioning Engineer

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Start-up and commissioning of complex test bed systems worldwide
  • Development and implementation of test bed systems for various applications, including internal combustion engines, transmission, battery, electrification, exhaust gas analysis, and racing
  • Preparation and execution of projects for the start-up of test bed systems
  • Inspection and validation of assembly, including electrical and mechanical systems
  • Operation and maintenance of AVL measurement instruments and load units, including power electronics and e-motors
  • Installation and start-up of AVL automation software
  • Adjustment and calibration of control loops
  • Customer support and training, including start-up support, management of customer queries, and application support

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Technical education in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field
  • High degree of flexibility and self-directed initiative
  • Professional attitude and strong work ethic
  • Willingness to travel (70-80% of working time) and adapt to different cultural environments
  • Spoken and written command of English and German

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act, we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
