About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team at TeamViewer. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing new features and components, optimizing and enhancing our software with new algorithms and technologies, and ensuring the stability and efficiency of our software on multiple systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new features and components for our software
  • Optimize and enhance our software with new algorithms and technologies
  • Ensure the stability and efficiency of our software on multiple systems
  • Mentor and coach junior developers in your team
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments in your field and make proposals for improvement

Requirements

  • University or college degree in the field of information technology or a related subject or relevant work experience
  • 5+ years of professional experience in the field of software development
  • Experience with distributed and scalable systems
  • Understanding of Clean Code and Design Patterns for object-oriented programming
  • Knowledge of Java is mandatory
  • A positive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Structured and analytical way of thinking/working, being a team player, as well as motivated to learn new things
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
