About the Role

We seek an HR professional with experience as an HR Business Partner and HR Generalist/Operations Specialist, passionate about supporting people leaders and employees. This stand-alone position offers the opportunity to work with like-minded individuals in an organization that understands the central role HR plays.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A university degree or vocational training in HR Administration & Management
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or 5 years as an HRBP, possibly in a matrix environment
  • Solid knowledge of German Labor and Social Law
  • Fluency in German and English
