Your New Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for controlling processes, preparing decision bases for management, and collaborating with project and division managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial control processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Prepare financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize financial performance.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business growth and development.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial studies (FH, university) with specialization in controlling, finance, or accounting.
  • First relevant professional experience in controlling, preferably in an international environment.
  • SAP knowledge in FI/CO is an advantage, as is high IT affinity.
  • Very good knowledge of English, with good knowledge of German an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills, process orientation, initiative, and commitment.
