Senior Agile Transformation Lead

Job Description

As a Senior Agile Transformation Lead at Dynatrace, you will play a key role in driving organizational change and improving value delivery across our R&D organization. Your expertise in Agile coaching and mentoring will help various teams increase efficiency, reduce waste, and adopt a scalable Agile mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor R&D teams to adopt Agile practices and improve their understanding of our Scaled Agile Interface
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote Agile mindset and practices
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Support the R&D Organization through the Continuous Agile Improvement Workflow, identifying and prioritizing impediments and creating space for solving them
  • Establish guidelines and provide good practices for effective collaboration in the value creation flow across the R&D organization
  • Ensure process adherence by increasing awareness and understanding through documentation, trainings, and communication
  • Contribute to updates, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Scaled Agile Interface
Requirements
  • Min. 8 years of experience as Agile Coach/Scrum Master/Transformation lead in medium to large-scale organizations
  • Experience with distributed/remote teams
  • Experience in Change management/Organization design
  • Experience as a software engineer/ with product development to communicate with our experts accordingly
  • Certifications (Agile Master, Scrum Master, SAFe, LESS,...)
  • Organizational talent with sensitivity
  • Strong communication skills, pleasure in moderating, assertiveness, and fun working with people
  • Independent work is required. We act with a lot of freedom, which should be considered and used reasonably (Autonomy Principle)
  • Openness and efficiency in dealing with partners spread across different locations and countries with different cultural backgrounds
  • Very good spoken and written knowledge of English (German is a plus)
