As an IT Architect at Boston Consulting Group, you'll have the opportunity to tackle the core IT issues of leading global companies and deploy customized platforms, architectures, strategies, and organizations to leverage the digital potential of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate clients' digital capabilities and perform feasibility studies to ensure their success in the digital transformation process
  • Manage small, agile development teams in strategic IT implementation programs, establishing modern practices like DevOps and CI/CD
  • Analyze, develop, and optimize cutting-edge, customized IT architectures, applying comprehensive understanding of legacy IT, enterprise solutions, and current market developments and trends
Requirements:
  • Hold a degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline
  • Have at least two years of relevant experience in IT Consulting or software development
  • Be familiar with modern tools such as machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics
  • Have broad technical expertise and interest in technology trends
  • Be comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts, with flexibility to travel
  • Be proficient in understanding and communicating complex topics in both German and English
