Role Overview

As the Head of Cloud Infrastructure at SQUER Solutions München GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's cloud strategy and growth. This position demands a strong background in software development, enterprise architecture, and a keen eye for innovation.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive cloud strategy for the business unit, focusing on system design, architecture, and software modernization.
  • Strengthen customer relationships and expand the business unit's operations, leveraging strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and driving initiatives to enhance overall customer experience.

  • Collaborate with other departments to create synergies and achieve company goals, driving strategic alignment and business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in software development, with a strong understanding of enterprise and event-driven architectures, including Kafka and other relevant technologies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, implement, and monitor projects, budgets, and operational metrics.
  • Experience in complex technical projects, consulting, and leadership, with excellent German and English language skills.
  • Charismatic leadership skills, with high empathy, a strong performance orientation, and excellent social skills.
