In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with the marketing division to ensure that all initiatives align seamlessly with the overarching sports and event schedule.

Role Responsibilities

EMAIL MARKETING INITIATIVES

Your responsibilities will include supporting the development, scheduling, and evaluation of email marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing audience interaction and driving growth. You will assist in identifying and analyzing target demographics to customize messages effectively for various audience segments, as well as examining market trends and competitor tactics. Additionally, you will plan, execute, and refine multiple email marketing campaigns. You will also contribute to the creation of use cases that illustrate how email marketing can boost engagement and conversion rates. Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance will be essential, along with providing insights to enhance future strategies.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

This role will serve as the voice of Red Bull Shop across social media platforms, creating and implementing engaging content to enhance brand visibility, interaction, and sales in close coordination with the marketing team. A deep understanding of our community comprising over 20 teams and events is crucial for success in this position. Responsibilities will include planning, creating, and scheduling captivating social media content, as well as tracking social media trends and performance metrics.

CONTENT CREATION FOR SOCIAL MEDIA

Alongside managing social media and email marketing functions, you will work in partnership with the Red Bull Energy Wear Marketing Team to devise and develop social media marketing activities, as well as assist with on-site content production.

Qualifications

A university degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication is required.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing and social media is essential.

Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in German is a plus.

Expertise in creative content production is crucial, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite being necessary.

Experience in managing external creative agencies is required.

A strong understanding of internet culture and language is important.

Comprehensive knowledge of social media and email marketing platforms, including technical aspects for large-scale publishing, is expected.

Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders and the ability to find mutually beneficial solutions are essential.

Strong planning and project management abilities are required.

Proficiency in analyzing social media and email marketing data, incorporating insights into daily content and publishing strategies is necessary.

Ability to educate large audiences on best practices and global strategies is essential.

Demonstrated capability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment is required.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across functions are necessary.

A creative mindset with an entrepreneurial attitude focused on innovative solutions is essential.

Additional Information

In compliance with legal requirements, we disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is EUR 2.605 gross per month. However, our competitive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is significantly above the stated minimum.
