Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize transmission control strategies and calibration parameters
  • Conduct calibration activities for various transmission types
  • Perform data analysis and interpretation to identify and resolve calibration issues
  • Collaborate with software and hardware teams to ensure seamless integration of transmission control systems
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial vehicle industry or a related field
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
