Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of Customs & Trade Compliance to join our team at ABB Schweiz AG. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the team and driving the professional and personal development of the Customs and Export team members.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of export control and customs rules, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization. You will oversee trade compliance risk management, conduct internal audits, monitor compliance with regulations, and manage trade facilitation programs, permits, and authorizations.

Key Qualifications:
  1. Solid understanding of export control and customs rules, with potential for further expertise development.
  2. Several years of experience in business processes, with a strong understanding of supply chain management, risk management, and logistics.
  3. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization, providing guidance and training to local teams.
