Senior Data Analyst Position for Innovative Problem Solving

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our global Data Science team at Red Bull. As a key member of this team, you will contribute to driving real impact through data-driven decision making.

Your main focus will be on statistical analyses to solve ad-hoc business problems and generate meaningful insights. You will work closely with other team members and stakeholders to build, run, and improve data science products.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about innovation, always striving to introduce new data-driven business ideas, methods, and products that add value to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the team in managing, running, and delivering data science projects from scoping to delivery
  • Contribute to machine learning modeling and drive innovation in our existing service lines and initiatives
  • Build close relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring successful data science initiatives
  • Support DS colleagues on statistical and ML methodology, developing conceptual models that support various data-driven projects
  • Assist the Data Science Manager with documentation, impact tracking, pipeline planning, and more

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in Data Science, holding a Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant field. Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and one of R, Python, SQL is required, with the ability to learn the others. Additionally, you should possess good command of statistics, probability, and machine learning algorithms, as well as technical literacy in modern computing tools.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of EUR 67,532 - 87,154 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Our attractive compensation package includes benefits such as health insurance, pension plan, and additional perks.
