Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and developing production processes, developing and implementing production machines and systems, and executing product and plant tests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analysis and development of production processes
  • Development and implementation of production machines and systems
  • Execution of product and plant tests
  • Improvement of existing production machines and automation processes
  • Planning, calculation, and implementation of technical projects
  • Analysis and comparison of variants of technical development potential
  • Cooperation with machine suppliers
  • Project Management
  • Growing personnel responsibility for the line teams
Requirements
  • Completed university studies in a technical area (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, process engineering, industrial engineering)
  • Very good analytical skills and quick comprehension
  • Extra-curricular activities
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, teamwork, and leadership skills
  • Initiative, flexibility, and ability to coordinate
  • Good knowledge of English and German
