Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team at Procter & Gamble. As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of production processes, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and develop production processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Design and implement production machines and systems to meet business needs
  • Conduct product and plant tests to ensure quality and safety standards
  • Improve existing production machines and automation processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency
  • Plan, calculate, and implement technical projects to meet business objectives
  • Analyze and compare variants of technical development potential to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with machine suppliers to ensure optimal equipment selection and implementation
  • Manage projects and grow personnel responsibility for line teams

Requirements:

  • Completed university studies in a technical area (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, process engineering, industrial engineering)
  • Excellent analytical skills and quick comprehension
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, teamwork, and leadership skills
  • Initiative, flexibility, and ability to coordinate
  • Good knowledge of English and German
