Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative AI Co-Founder (future CAIO) (f/m/d) to join Aiones. If you have a passion for AI, a drive for innovation, and a desire to be at the forefront of technological advancements, this opportunity aligns with your aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-create and drive the vision for Aiones, shaping our technology strategy and team.
  • Hands-on development of our systems and product lineup, leveraging expertise in chat- and document-based classification and extraction.
  • Oversee and manage ML / LLM model development and deployment, ensuring seamless integration with various database types.
  • Build and lead a talented technical team, fostering collaboration and innovation through effective communication and project management skills.
  • Bridge the gap between strategy and implementation, driving results-oriented decision making.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • The ability to work autonomously and thrive in a demanding startup environment.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, ensuring smooth team dynamics.
  • Strong knowledge of chat- and document-based classification and extraction techniques.
  • Well-rounded experience with different types of databases, including Graph, Vector, and Relational databases.
  • Expertise in ML Ops, model training, evaluation, and deployment cycles.
  • Deep interest in applied machine learning use-cases and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Fluency in English, German, or other languages as a plus.
  • Previous startup experience preferred but not required.
