Key Responsibilities:- Analyzing customer requirements and designing fitting solutions
- Supporting in the resolution of operations incidents
- Collaborating with Business Users across the entire Erste Group in the context of ongoing projects
- Contributing to the maintenance and enhancement of Pega-Workflows and customer solutions throughout the customer lifecycle
- Proposing new ideas to improve the current process and application landscape
- Experience in Quality Assurance and familiarity with Jira/Confluence/Service Now
- Ability to refine business and technical requirements and act as a bridge between technology and business value
- Experience working in a product-driven environment with multicultural teams
- Passion for business processes and continuous learning
- Proficiency with Pega or willingness to acquire necessary skills
- Familiarity with methods related to processes and requirements
- Strong communication, stress-resilience, and respectful attitude towards others
- Good command of both English and German is required
